The hotel staff exudes a warmth and hospitality that is found at few business hotels. Right from the gatekeeper, the front office executives, the bell boys, everyone at the hotel seems to be committed to make your stay pleasant and cosy. The hotel has undergone a renovation that has brought it at par with best mid-budget business hotels in the area. The beds are quite relaxing or rather sleep-inducing.
The breakfast spread is a bit of a dampener both in terms of its variety and taste but still decent to manage till a hearty lunch either at the nearby Taj Mahal Restaurant or the famous Paradise restaurant. The temperature controls didn't seem to have an impact on the airconditioning which I felt did not cool the room adequately at times.

Realised not to commit the same mistake again
The rooms stink Had requested for a change of the room which was duly done by the staff but in both the rooms the Aircondition did not work Seems they need to take the point more seriously Tried to rip me an additional day stay cost which was later reduced by rasing the voice and addressing it to the senior desk person The management needs to look into the same The staff is more waiting for tips than to serve and make the guests comfortable Airconditioning I repeat is the worst and had 2 sleepless nights

I had a great stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were impressive. I appreciated the ample parking and easy transportation options in this meeting area. The location was perfect for my needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Lastly, I enjoyed the breakfast every morning.
Everything was spot on.

I had booked the same price category hotels in China and I was a bit disepointed in India but comparing to other hotels this hotel was worth the money. I would take it again.
It is a bit old and rusty. The location also could be better!

The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast that was satisfying. The spacious room offered two comfortable beds, which was perfect for my family of four. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent as it was a walking distance to the main attractions. Furthermore, the hotel staff was polite and attentive, making us feel welcomed.
Sadly, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The bathroom needed some updating and renovating. Furthermore, the hotel's buffet spread options were limited, which was a disappointment. we enjoyed our New Year's stay, but improvements could be made with regards to room cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, and variety in buffet options.

Good location. Neat, clean room. Courteous staff. Bed linens fall short of the standard of quality expected from a 3 star hotel.
The Travel desk at the hotel, which is run by an external agency, charged alomst 100 per cent for using ac for a 60 per cent of the travel time and exceeding the minimum distance of 65 km. The staff at the Travel desk told me politely that it is his company rules and at the most he could me offer a discount of Rs. 100. The driver, an other wise friendly and decent chap, insisted on taking me to 'government approved' jewellery store which sells Hyderabad pearls. I refused to budge and eventually bougt a pearl necklacer from the outlet at the hotel. The part owner/sales man told me that drivers taking guests to 'government approved' jewellers stores are paid as much as 40 percent commission and of course the customer picks up the tab. My advise to stay clear of Travel Desk and say firmly no to the driver if he recommends a jewellery store.

Spent Xmas at a budget-friendly hotel near major attractions and the metro station. the hotel offered a good breakfast spread, especially for those who enjoy Western dishes.
The cleaning service was not up to mark, and I had to call them for maintenance. there were some noise issues at night, and the restaurant service during dinner was not the best.

I recently stayed in a hotel in a prime location with excellent access to public transportation. the meeting area was spacious and ideal for hosting a large family function. the restaurant offered delicious food and the staff was attentive. the rooms were well maintained and always clean, with a good stock of amenities and a comfortable bathroom. Their lobby and dining areas were meticulously maintained and provided a great atmosphere to unwind.
The hotel’s breakfast options were limited.
